Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Noida.

The Content

Creator will develop and produce engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, short videos, product descriptions, and blog articles focused on pregnancy, baby care, and parenting. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics relevant to moms and babies, planning content calendars, scripting and shooting basic photo/video content, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and launches. The role also involves optimizing content for brand consistency, audience engagement,



and performance metrics, while staying aligned with duckduckbaby’s tone, values, and educational mission.

Qualifications

- Content creation and storytelling skills, including writing, basic copywriting, and scripting for digital formats.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital content, such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and blog posts.
- Basic photo and video production skills, including shooting, editing, and familiarity with common editing tools.
- Ability to research parenting and baby care topics and translate insights into clear, helpful, and engaging content.
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and brand voice consistency across channels.
- Comfort working on-site in a quick-paced environment and collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines and content calendars.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in parenting, lifestyle, or consumer brand content is an advantage.
