- Examine, diagnose, and interpret laboratory test results and pathology specimens.
- Review, validate, and authorize pathology reports.
- Provide diagnostic support and consultation to clinicians.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with NABL/regulatory standards.
- Supervise laboratory operations and technical staff.
- Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, and laboratory processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training.
