Hiring: Compliance Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to distributors, partners, and customers for compliance-related follow-ups.
- Ensure required documents, agreements, and compliance requirements are completed.
- Follow up on pending approvals, agreements, and documentation.
- Maintain compliance records and update internal trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of compliance activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance procedures.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in BPO, calling, customer support, or compliance operations.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making calls and handling documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
