Location: Surat, Gujarat | Department: Legal & Compliance
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor SEBI circulars, regulatory updates and compliance requirements.
- Manage periodic and event-based regulatory filings with SEBI, BSE
- Support Research Analyst and AIF compliance activities.
- Handle investor grievances through SEBI SCORES and SmartODR.
- Review research reports, advertisements, agreements and legal documentation.
- Assist with regulatory audits, inspections and corporate governance activities.
Who Can Apply?
- CS (Qualified / Executive / Professional) or LLB preferred.
- Experience in SEBI, AIF, PMS, Research Analyst or Wealth Management compliance will be an advantage.
- Strong legal drafting, documentation and communication skills.
