Job Details
- Company: Universal PSR Compliance LLP – PSR Compliance
- Position: Corporate & Regulatory Filing Executive
- Job Type: Full time | On-Site
- Location: Sector 6, Noida
- Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 5.5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Private Limited Company Incorporation, LLP Registration and MCA/ROC filings.
- Prepare and file AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3 and other applicable MCA forms.
- Manage annual filings, event-based compliances, director changes and share allotments.
- Handle regulatory registrations, licence applications, renewals and amendments.
- Work on Drug Licence, BIS, EPR, FSSAI, IEC, Pollution-related registrations and other compliance assignments.
- Review client documents,
prepare applications and manage online government portal submissions.
- Track application status and coordinate with clients and relevant authorities.
- Research applicable regulations and ensure timely and accurate filing.
Who Should Apply? Candidates with practical experience in MCA/ROC filings and regulatory compliance.
Graduates, B.Com, M.Com, BBA and other relevant educational backgrounds with hands-on filing experience.
Candidates familiar with government portals, documentation and compliance procedures.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Important: This is an execution-oriented compliance role. Candidates with practical filing experience will be preferred over candidates having only theoretical knowledge.
