Position: Sales Associate – Fundraising & Investor Relations

Place : Bhopal

Engagement Type: Freelance / Performance-Based

Remuneration: Commission on successful closures

Future Opportunity: Potential payroll opportunity after 3 months, based on performance and mutual agreement.

Primary Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with HNIs, angel investors, family offices and potential investment partners.
- Introduce RTPI Ventures, its business vision, growth strategy and investment opportunities to prospective investors.
- Develop relationships with established business houses, entrepreneurs and influential business professionals.
- Generate qualified investor leads and facilitate meetings and discussions.
- Coordinate with the RTPI leadership team to take prospective investment opportunities towards successful closure.
- Build a strong investor and business network for the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed educational institution.




- Schooling from a reputed school would be an added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Pleasing personality with professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with HNIs, entrepreneurs, investors and senior business professionals.
- Strong networking, relationship-building and persuasion abilities.
- Prior experience in sales, fundraising, financial services, wealth management or business development will be an advantage.
- A well-established professional or business network would be desirable.

Remuneration & Growth Opportunity
- Performance-linked remuneration.

- No conventional fixed-salary commitment during the initial freelance engagement.
- Opportunity to transition to the company's payroll after 3 months, subject to performance and mutual agreement.
