We are looking for a commercially minded and experienced finance professional who can take ownership of financial performance analysis and confidently partner with operational management.

The ideal candidate will

- Have robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated

experience in root-cause analysis.

- Be capable of investigating financial movements, identifying underlying

drivers, quantifying their impact, and determining where the impact is concentrated.

- Have proven business partnering experience, working directly with

stakeholders outside finance.

- Be able to take full ownership of a defined area of the P&L;, including

commentary, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English, particularly when





explaining financial information to non-finance stakeholders and senior UK management.

- Be commercially aware and comfortable challenging figures or assumptions

that do not appear reasonable.

- Work independently with limited supervision and maintain ownership of

issues until a clear outcome is reached.

- Be confident in distinguishing between confirmed information, estimates,

and areas of uncertainty.

- Be proactive in escalating material financial or operational risks.

- Be comfortable working UK business hours and meeting UK financial

reporting deadlines.

- Experience coaching colleagues or helping establish analytical standards

would be advantageous.
