Collect daily, weekly, or monthly rental payments from electric bike riders and customers.

Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and overdue rent.

Maintain accurate records of rent collections, outstanding balances, and payment receipts.

Visit customers or delivery partners when required to collect rental payments.

Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams regarding payment updates.

Send payment reminders through phone calls, WhatsApp, or SMS.

Prepare daily collection reports and submit them to the manager.

Ensure all collected cash is deposited and digital payments are properly recorded.

Handle customer payment queries professionally.

Follow company policies and collection procedures.

Required Skills





Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of cash handling and payment records.

Ability to use a smartphone and basic computer applications.

Honest, responsible, and punctual.

Willingness to travel locally for collection work, if required.

Qualifications

Minimum 10th or 12th pass; graduates may also apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be required for field collection roles.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
