Expanding Designers Workroom | Looking for a Co-Founder / Business Partner

We are scaling Designers Workroom to transition our practice into a larger, highly structured architecture and interior design studio. To lead this next growth phase, I am looking for an experienced Co-Founder & Equity Partner to join forces.

Our practice is actively handling 40,000+ sq ft of premium spatial design and execution across North India, including large-format private residences (up to 10,000+ sq ft), hospitality/hostel projects, and luxury vacation homes.

Who I’m looking for:

- 7-8 Years of Industry Experience: A strong background in Architectural/Interior Design Operations, Business Development, or Senior Project Management.
- Active Project Pipeline: Bringing active, mid-to-large-scale projects into the firm (preferably independent or boutique commitments totalling 3,000+ sq ft across residential or commercial sectors).
- Business & Execution Ownership: Someone who excels in client acquisition, project fee structuring, milestone collection, and vendor/contractor management.

What We Bring to the Table:

- Prime Work Infrastructure: A fully functional, fully equipped office space located in one of South Delhi's premium locations.
- In-House Team: 2 full time designers/draftsmen handling technical drawings, 3D visualisation, and workflow support.
- Substantial Portfolio & Execution Power: Established site execution networks, contractor management, and an active multi-city project pipeline.

Partnership Terms:

- Equity & Profit Model: Co-founder arrangement. No fixed salary, with a direct profit-sharing structure on project margins and firm revenue.

If you are a talented practitioner or project lead looking to combine pipelines, leverage established studio infrastructure, and co-build a high-ticket practice in Delhi, let’s connect.
- DM me directly with a summary of your background and active project scope, and let's schedule a meeting at our studio. ☕
