Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee multiple Yummy Bee outlets across Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-today operations, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining service and food quality standards, driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall operations of multiple outlets within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all outlets and adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, profitability, and outlet-wise business growth.
- Manage and guide Store Managers and outlet teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and minimization of food wastage.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards across all outlets.
- Monitor manpower requirements, staff productivity, attendance, and shift scheduling.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.




- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Quality, and other departments for smooth business operations.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, customer experience, and overall outlet performance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or food and beverage operations.
- Experience in handling multiple outlets, preferably in a cluster management role.
- Strong understanding of outlet operations, sales performance, inventory, and cost control.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage operational responsibilities independently.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Yummy Bee outlets in Hyderabad.
