We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Consultant/Client Success Consultant to join our growing team.

The role involves handling prospective and existing clients, explaining our services, onboarding clients, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the application process.

? Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
- Explain our services, packages, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Convert qualified leads and guide clients through the enrolment process.
- Onboard new clients and collect required information such as resumes, target roles, industries, and country preferences.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and keep clients informed about application progress.
- Resolve client queries promptly and coordinate with the application-processing team.
- Maintain accurate client records, call notes, lead stages, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
- Ensure all client interactions are updated in the CRM on the same day.
- Prepare daily activity reports covering calls, onboardings, follow-ups, and pending issues.

? Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client counselling, inside sales, customer success, tele calling, or a similar client-facing role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.




- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong follow-up, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
- Target-oriented with valuable time management and ownership.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and calling platforms.

- Experience in education, career services, recruitment support, or overseas-student services.
- Experience handling international clients.
- Understanding of job markets and hiring practices in countries such as the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, or Germany.
