The Role
As a Client Relations Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Engaging with customers through face-to-face interactions and professional communications.
- Understanding client requirements and identifying opportunities to deliver suitable solutions.
- Supporting business development and customer acquisition activities.
- Representing the business professionally at meetings, events and promotional activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.
- Developing your commercial awareness, communication and relationship management skills.
