Client Relationship Executive — Reach Us Business Hub

Location: KJ Square, TC 52/936, Kaimanam PO, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695040.

Full-time, completely on-site. Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Sunday off.

Take-home pay: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month. The offer will depend on demonstrated skills, relevant experience and suitability for the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reach Us Business Hub provides professionally managed workspaces for founders, professionals and growing teams. We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who can understand prospective clients’ requirements, arrange workspace visits, follow up consistently and build strong ongoing client relationships. The role combines enquiry handling, sales follow-up and client service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond professionally to phone, email, messaging and walk-in enquiries.
- Understand prospects’ team size, workspace needs, budget and intended start date.
- Explain available workspace options and approved commercial terms accurately; check current availability before making commitments.
- Arrange and conduct site visits, explain the facilities and follow up on the next agreed step.
- Prepare approved proposals, maintain follow-up schedules and support conversion into paying clients.
- Keep CRM records current: requirements, conversations, visit outcomes, proposal status and next actions.
- Coordinate onboarding and document collection with operations and accounts after client confirmation.
- Maintain contact with existing clients, coordinate service requests and support renewal conversations.
- Identify relevant additional requirements and refer opportunities to the appropriate team with accurate context.
- Track enquiries, qualified opportunities, visits, proposals,



conversions and renewals; share clear updates with management.
- Use approved AI tools for draft messages, call summaries and follow-up organisation, checking accuracy and protecting client information.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Clear communication, active listening and a professional approach to client service.
- Consistent follow-up, accurate records and ownership of agreed actions.
- Confidence speaking with founders, business owners and working professionals.
- Comfort using email, spreadsheets and digital communication tools; willingness to learn CRM systems.
- Interest in sales and measurable outcomes, alongside honest advice and client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with AI tools OR a transparent willingness to learn and apply them responsibly. Prior AI expertise is not essential.
- Curiosity, adaptability and commitment to learning new skills.
- Relevant experience in customer relationships, sales, hospitality or workspace services is useful. Candidates with transferable skills are welcome.
