Role Description This role for a Client Relationship Manager is an on-site position based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The CRM will support day-to-day client communication, including responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings, and sharing campaign updates.

Responsibilities include assisting in understanding client requirements, relaying them to internal teams, tracking ongoing projects, and helping ensure timely delivery of services. The role involves preparing basic reports, gathering feedback, and contributing to the maintenance of strong client relationships.



The CRM will work closely with marketing and operations teams to support client satisfaction and retention while learning best practices in account management and digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document requirements and prepare basic reports.
- Interest in digital marketing domains such as SEO, paid search, and social media, with a willingness to learn campaign fundamentals.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client requests and follow up on tasks.
