Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Manage and supervise civil construction activities including buildings, industrial structures, roads, drainage systems, utility networks, and infrastructure projects.

- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, quality standards, and budget.

- Monitor daily site activities and prepare progress reports.

Construction Management

- Coordinate with contractors and consultants for project execution.

- Verify work measurements and certify contractor bills.

- Monitor material consumption and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Planning &

- Coordination

- Review engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Utility, and Production teams for project implementation.

- Track project milestones and identify corrective actions to avoid delays.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure construction activities comply with applicable standards and quality requirements.

- Conduct inspections of civil works, foundations, RCC structures, steel structures, masonry, flooring, and finishing works.





- Monitor quality of construction materials including cement, steel, aggregates, concrete, and other civil materials.

Safety &

- Compliance

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices.

- Implement statutory and environmental requirements related to construction activities.

- Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.

Maintenance Activities

- Support maintenance and repair of existing buildings and infrastructure.

- Plan preventive maintenance of civil structures and utility systems.

- Address structural issues and building maintenance requirements.

Cost Control &

- Budgeting

- Prepare project estimates and budgets.

- Monitor project expenditures and control costs.

- Evaluate contractor quotations and technical proposals.

Documentation &

- Reporting

- Maintain project records, drawings, approvals, and technical documentation.

- Prepare project status reports and management updates.

- Ensure proper documentation of completed projects and handover records.
