Preparation of detailed architectural and structural drawings for residential projects including flats and villas. Responsible for drafting, revising, and updating construction drawings as per site requirements and consultant instructions. Coordination with Architects, structural consultants, Project Engineers and site teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of drawings .
Diploma/ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or Diploma in Civil Engineering having minimum 1 to 5 years experience in residential construction projects such as flats, villas and apartment buildings.
Proficiency in AUTO CAD, and preparation of detailed working drawings. Knowledge of MS office and drawing documentation.
