A digital ecosystem connecting authenticated medicinal plant germplasm with farmers, land parcels, cultivation activities, field evidence, verification, harvesting, and certification.

Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a CTO who can take ownership of the complete technology vision, architecture, product development, and technical execution.





You should be someone who:

- Has strong experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Can build scalable SaaS platforms and web/mobile applications.
- Understands GIS, geospatial databases, spatial analytics, and mapping technologies.
- Has experience integrating AI/ML into real-world applications.
- Can lead product development from idea to deployment.
- Is comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
- Thinks like a founder, takes ownership, and wants to build long-term value.

Founding CTO – Investment & Partnership OpportunityThis is not a conventional salaried CTO vacancy.

We are offering an opportunity to join Harita Hive as a Founding Technology Partner with equity participation.

Proposed Partnership Structure:

- Investment: ₹25,00,000 (₹25 Lakhs)
- Equity Stake: 5% ownership in Harita Hive
- Role: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Technology Partner
- Salary: Initially linked to company revenue and available financial resources.
- Profit Sharing: Profits will be distributed in accordance with the company's distributable profit policy and the partner's equity ownership percentage, subject to applicable agreements and regulations.

The proposed investment is intended to support the company's technology development, product engineering, infrastructure, and business expansion.

We are looking for someone who sees this as a long-term entrepreneurial opportunity rather than just a job.
