Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance & Accounts function at ThinkSemi Infotech Limited.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead annual budgeting, financial planning and forecasting.
- Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury and banking relationships.
- Ensure GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI and statutory compliance.
- Lead internal controls, risk management and audit activities.
- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement.
- Coordinate with banks, investors, auditors and financial institutions.
- Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Payroll and Compliance teams.




- Support business expansion, fundraising and investment decisions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- B.Com / MBA Finance is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, taxation and treasury.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally or Zoho.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and decision-making skills.
