About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial operations, financial planning, risk management, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, taxation,

budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Provide strategic financial recommendations to the Directors and Management.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for profitability improvement.

2. Accounting & Financial Management

- Oversee the complete finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, P&L;, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, and payables.
- Establish solid financial controls and accounting policies.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Supervise statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and financial institutions.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and financial reports.

4. Business Finance & Cost Control

- Monitor product costing, project costing, and operational expenses.
- Analyse profit margins and identify cost-reduction opportunities. • Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) and investment proposals.




- Support management in pricing strategies and business expansion decisions.

5. Banking & Fund Management

- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and fund requirements.
- Oversee working capital facilities, loans, and financial arrangements.
- Ensure effective treasury and liquidity management.

6. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Develop financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Operations, HR, and other departments.
- Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.

Educational Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Preferred.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance with strong relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong financial planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Experience in ERP systems and accounting software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
