Responsibilities

- Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to expand the company's footprint.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee product development, IT solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Stay ahead of technological advancements and integrate innovative solutions into company offerings.
- Drive research and development (R&D;) efforts to ensure the company remains at the forefront of IT solutions.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting,



and risk management to ensure financial stability and profitability.
- Optimize operational efficiency and implement process improvements across departments.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team and workforce.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

- 10+ years in IT leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, software development, and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue generation, and financial management.
- Strong strategic vision, decision-making ability, and people management expertise.
- Ability to build and maintain industry connections, partnerships, and client relationships.
