Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Communicate with customers professionally and understand their concerns.
- Provide accurate information and support as per company processes.
- Assist with query resolution and follow up on pending issues, wherever required.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records, where applicable.
- Follow established service quality standards and operating procedures.
