We are Hiring: Executive and Manager, Statutory Audit

Statutory audit isn't about getting a report signed. It's about understanding how a business really works, asking the right questions, and standing behind every number in front of the board.

SDU's Statutory Audit practice is growing, and we are looking for qualified chartered accountants.

- What you'll do?

- Conduct statutory audits under the Companies Act and Standards on Auditing, from planning to sign-off.
- Present findings to CFOs, Audit Committees and Boards, and take part in the discussions that shape governance.
- Work on technical accounting positions and Ind AS opinions on revenue, leases, financial instruments, business combinations and more.
- Audit startups, VC and PE-backed companies, AIFs and fund entities, and established corporates
- Test internal financial controls and give management insights they can act on (Manager) Lead engagements end to end, review the team's work,



handle tough judgement calls and own client relationships.

- What we're looking for?

Executive: CA with 0–2 years of experience

Manager: CA with 5+ years of audit experience, including experience in leading engagements

Strong grounding in Ind AS, CARO and the Standards on Auditing

Skilled scepticism, sound judgement and the confidence to defend a position
