Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting operations using Tally ERP/Prime or other accounting software, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, monthly MIS, cash-flow reports, budgets and management dashboards.
- Manage and review GST, TDS and income-tax compliances, including reconciliations, tax workings, payments and returns.
- Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Monitor payables, receivables, vendor advances, working capital and cash commitments.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, approval processes, accounting SOPs and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, HR, operations, banks, auditors and external tax advisors.
- Support financial due diligence, fundraising and investor information requests.

Requirements:





- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) – Mandatory.
- 3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, taxation, audits and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime or other accounting software.
- Solid MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Experience in startups, technology, manufacturing or R&D-driven; businesses will be an advantage.
- Strong ownership, numerical accuracy, analytical ability and commercial awareness.
- Candidates who have independently managed month-end closure, audits, taxation and finance processes, rather than only supporting them, will be preferred.
