Treasury Cash Management Standards & Services for Europe
- Treasury Banking Operations like managing signatories for bank operations, online banking access as per company policies the group entities
- Maintaining and updating FACTA, Fax indemnity, SSI etc with Bank on regular basis.
- Understanding the approval process and ensuring the right workflows for such approvals
- Supporting automation of workflow
- Understanding and implementing policy changes in these areas
Technical skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Banking operations.
- Hands-on skills on tools like MS-Excel, Power-point, etc.
- Project Management – Driving Treasury automation/ optimisation projects etc.
Qualification
- University degree in Finance / Controlling / Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Profession Experience:
- At least 10 years of working experience in Finance domain, especially in the field of operations and compliance.
- Deep understanding and comprehension skills of risk related to fraud, internal controls in finance, segregation of duties etc
- Hands on experience in driving digital initiatives and passionate in technology/ automation etc.
- Able and willing to work in a multicultural work workplace.
- Presentation skills
- Excellent communication/ negotiation skills, fluent in written and spoken English
