Role Description This is a full time, on-site CAD Engineer role based in Bhadravathi. The CAD Engineer will create and modify detailed engineering drawings, 2D/3D models, and layouts using computer-aided design tools in line with project specifications and standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating with mechanical and design engineers to translate concepts into manufacturable designs, performing design revisions, and maintaining organized documentation of drawings and design versions. The role involves reviewing designs for accuracy and feasibility, ensuring proper integration with related systems and tools, and supporting project teams with technical input throughout the design lifecycle.



The CAD Engineer will also coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to address design issues and contribute to continuous improvement of design practices and workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills and experience using industry-standard CAD tools.
- Candidates should possess knowledge in Physical Design and Mechanical Engineering for developing accurate and manufacturable designs.
- Candidates should possess experience with EDA tools and familiarity with platforms such as Cadence, or similar industry design environments.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a CAD Engineer or Design Engineer in an industrial or consulting environment will be an advantage.
