We are looking for an outgoing and well-spoken call center agent to make outbound calls to customers.

Core duties & responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to achieve a higher rate of customer satisfaction
- Answer customer questions and provide basic services information
- Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience for clients
- Cross-promote various trade services to customers
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Complete any responsibilities assigned by the manager

Skills you bring for success:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in any type of call center will be an added advantage.
- Strong listening skills; ability to tailor services to meet existing customers’ needs
- Solid attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
