WE ARE HIRING | Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Coupa Risk

We are looking for experienced Business Systems Analysts with Coupa Risk experience for an exciting chance with a leading organization in the International Banking Domain.

Position Details:

- Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
- Required Experience: 6–10 Years
- Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
- Location: Bangalore
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3–4 days WFO per week)
- Shift Timings: 12 PM – 10 PM
- Maximum Notice Period: 30 Days

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, technology teams, and vendors.
- Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Coupa Risk and other risk management applications.
- Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Coordinate functional testing, UAT, defect management, and release deployments.
- Handle application production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and service requests.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate vendor escalations.
- Monitor system integrations, interfaces, and application performance.




- Maintain application documentation and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Provide end-user training and support.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa Risk is highly preferred.
- Experience with Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), or GRC platforms.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in application support, incident and problem management.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise application delivery.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates from International Banking / Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) backgrounds with experience in Risk & Compliance platforms will be preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period are preferred.
