Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Capital Markets

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) with strong Capital Markets domain knowledge and expertise in SQL and data analysis. The candidate will work with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand requirements, analyze data, and support the delivery of business and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand business processes and translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Perform detailed data analysis, write complex SQL queries, and validate data across systems.
- Conduct impact analysis, support functional testing, and assist in issue resolution.
- Prepare business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.




- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Support data reconciliation and validation activities, where required.

Must-Have Skills

- 6+ years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
- Robust experience in the Capital Markets domain.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries for data analysis and validation.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data validation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in Regulatory Reporting.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting processes and associated data requirements.
