Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute day-to-day business activities and operational priorities.

Oversee office administration, staff coordination, and general management.

Coordinate with production, sales, accounts, vendors, and external agencies to ensure smooth operations.

Handle external business activities, government offices, statutory matters, and local liaison work.

Monitor operational efficiency, expenses, timelines, and business performance.

Candidate Requirements

Preferably based in Coimbatore, with strong knowledge of the local business setting.

Fluent in Tamil and comfortable communicating in English.

5–10 years of experience in business operations, general management, or administration, preferably in manufacturing.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and execution skills.

Willingness to handle both office-based and field responsibilities independently.
