We are looking for a Business Finance Analyst to join our growing corporate team in Bengaluru.

? Location: Bengaluru – Corporate Office

? Experience: 3–8 Years

? Preferred Industry Background: QSR | Casual & Fine Dining Restaurants | Hotels | Food & Beverage (F&B;)

? Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse business performance, profitability, and unit economics across stores and brands.
- Monitor P&L;, revenue, COGS, margins, and EBITDA.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, financial models, and business plans.
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and profitability.

? Ideal Candidate:

- 3–8 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, or Financial Analytics.
- Candidates with experience in QSR, Casual/Fine Dining Restaurants, Hotels, or F&B; companies are strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
