About SportonaSportona is a growing UK-based sports technology platform connecting people with local sports clubs, coaches and recreational activities.

We're expanding in Sri Lanka, starting with Colombo, and looking for two enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated individuals to help us grow.

What Will You Do?Your mission is simple: introduce Sportona to local sports coaching businesses and help them grow with us.

You'll be responsible for:

- Researching and identifying sports clubs, academies and coaching centres around Colombo.
- Meeting business owners, understanding their challenges and introducing Sportona.
- Demonstrating our mobile app and web platform.
- Building relationships and onboarding new coaching partners.
- Developing creative marketing ideas to attract customers.
- Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve our services.

Who Are We Looking For?We value attitude, initiative and communication skills more than impressive CVs. Ideally, you should have:

- Experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, mobile apps and online research.




- The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- An interest in sports, fitness or technology.

Previous experience in the software industry or working with small businesses would be an advantage. What We Offer? Salary: LKR 45,000 to LKR 60,000 per month

⏰ Commitment: 10 to 20 hours per week (Part-Time)

? Initial Period: 3 months

? Location: Colombo (Flexible working with local business visits)

? Career Growth: Prospect to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business requirements.

Training and guidance will be provided. We don't expect you to know everything. We expect you to be curious, resourceful and willing to learn.
