We’re looking for a commercially minded, creative professional who can bring fresh ideas, identify business opportunities and turn them into measurable sales growth for our fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand the brand’s customer base.
- Identify recent revenue opportunities through retail partnerships, exhibitions, pop-ups, marketplaces and corporate collaborations.
- Build relationships with multi-designer stores, buyers, stylists and relevant business partners.
- Propose and execute sales campaigns, collection launches and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Develop client communities, referral programmes and partnerships that generate repeat business.
- Research competitors, customer preferences and market opportunities to recommend practical growth ideas.
- Evaluate opportunities based on costs, margins and expected sales.
- Own execution—from pitching and negotiation to launch, follow-up and tracking results.




- Work closely with the founder and marketing team to convert brand visibility into sales.
- Maintain a clear pipeline of opportunities and report progress against monthly and quarterly targets.

Ideal Candidate

- Preferably 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales or brand growth within fashion, retail or lifestyle.
- A proven record of generating revenue and developing successful partnerships.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and presentation skills.
- An understanding of premium womenswear and its customers.
- Someone who takes initiative, brings actionable ideas and follows through independently.

Growing revenue, opening profitable sales channels, acquiring new customers and increasing repeat purchases.

Compensation: Based on experience, with performance-linked incentives.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
