Job Summary

Moonlight Placement Services is looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to source electricians in bulk from Uttar Pradesh and mobilise them to Mumbai for employment.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying electricians across UP, building local recruitment networks, coordinating candidate screening, and ensuring the successful mobilisation and joining of electricians in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Source 300+ electricians from Uttar Pradesh for employment opportunities in Mumbai.
- Identify electricians through ITIs, electrical contractors, local manpower suppliers, job portals, WhatsApp groups, and referral networks.
- Build a database of skilled and semi-skilled electricians willing to relocate from UP to Mumbai.
- Explain the job profile, salary package of ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, Mumbai location, and employment conditions to candidates.
- Screen candidates based on electrical experience, technical skills, and willingness to relocate.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, selection, and joining formalities with the Mumbai recruitment team.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they travel from UP and join their assigned positions in Mumbai.
- Develop relationships with ITIs, local contractors, and recruitment partners across Uttar Pradesh.
- Maintain daily reports covering candidates sourced, shortlisted, selected, and successfully joined.




- Achieve bulk recruitment targets within the stipulated timelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in bulk hiring, manpower recruitment, staffing, or business development is preferred.
- Strong connections with electricians, ITIs, electrical contractors, or manpower suppliers in Uttar Pradesh.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
- Ability to source candidates from multiple districts across UP.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp recruitment, social media sourcing, and candidate database management.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling high-volume recruitment.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Additional performance-based incentives linked to successful candidate joinings.
- Chance to work on large-scale electrician recruitment projects.

Key Performance Target The primary objective is to source and mobilise 300+ electricians from Uttar Pradesh to Mumbai, ensuring candidates are screened, interested, and ready to join.
