? The Daily Grind
- Attend key Mumbai client meetings — first meets, strategy discussions, pitches and onboarding.
- Represent TOC in client meetings when the founder joins remotely.
- Research prospects, build lead lists and identify new business opportunities.
- Network at industry events, PR forums, mixers and business gatherings.
- Prepare pitch decks, presentations, brand narratives, data and case studies.
- Own the BD-to-execution handover, ensuring explicit expectations, documentation, SOWs and deliverables.
? Bonus Points
- Bring strategic thinking to client landscapes, business challenges and growth opportunities.
- Keep high-value prospects engaged through consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate with content, design and strategy teams to bring pitches to life.
- Guide junior BD team members or interns.
? Extra Credit
- Independently lead small and mid-sized client meetings.
- Represent TOC at industry panels, networking forums and thought-leadership sessions.
- Build strong founder-level relationships with VCs, startup founders and CMOs.
