Are you passionate about design, interiors and building strong client relationships?

R'Decorchy is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our network of architects, interior designers and design studios, and develop new business opportunities.

What you'll do:

- Build and nurture relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Identify upcoming projects and develop business opportunities.
- Present our premium furniture, lighting, surfaces and interior product offerings.
- Drive product specifications, commercial discussions and order closures.
- Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

What we're looking for:





- 4–8 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in premium interiors, furniture, lighting, surfaces or allied industries.
- Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable understanding of the architect and interior design ecosystem.
- A proactive, commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional.
