Lumenspace Private Limited is looking for a high-ownership, entrepreneurial Founding Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
This is more than a sales role. We’re looking for someone who can bring strong industry connections, build customer relationships from the ground up, and play a key role in shaping our business growth.
? Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru
?? Experience: 5+ years
? Compensation: ₹6–7 LPA
? Qualification: BE/B.Tech, BBA, MBA, or equivalent qualification
Your Mission
- Build and lead business development efforts for manufacturing and engineering services.
- Bring new customers and business opportunities through your industry network.
- Develop relationships with OEMs and customers across aerospace, defence, automotive, and industrial sectors.
- Generate RFQs for CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and engineering services.
- Connect with procurement, sourcing, vendor development, and engineering teams.
- Own customer meetings, quotations, negotiations, and order conversion.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve mandatory monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with our engineering, production,
and quality teams to convert opportunities into successful deliveries.
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or technical sales.
- Robust existing contacts in manufacturing and engineering industries.
- A proven track record of acquiring customers and converting opportunities into orders.
- Experience in manufacturing, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, or engineering services is preferred.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-growing startup.
