We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our staffing services, focusing on Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India.

This is an individual contributor role for a proactive business development professional who can identify new opportunities, build their own sales pipeline, engage with key decision-makers, and close new business.

Job Role

- Drive new client acquisition by identifying and engaging GCCs across India.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Engage with GCC Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR leaders, and other key decision-makers to understand their staffing requirements.
- Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposals, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build strong client relationships and position staffing services to address talent acquisition and workforce requirements.




- Identify market opportunities and develop targeted approaches to acquire recent GCC clients.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to align client requirements with staffing capabilities and ensure successful engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

- 5 -8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in staffing or recruitment services.
- Experience in selling staffing services to GCCs (Global Capability Centres) in India will be a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to generate new leads, build a sales pipeline independently, and acquire new clients.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, client engagement, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build lasting business relationships.
- A self-motivated, target-oriented professional with a strong business development mindset and a passion for winning new clients
