Key Responsibilities

- Business Growth: Explore new markets, expand services and increase revenue.

- Sales & Client Acquisition: Handle B2B sales, tenders, proposals and client relationships.

- Operations & Profitability: Improve service quality, control costs and manage contract profitability.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams.

- Strategic Planning: Develop growth strategies and ensure effective execution.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree (mandatory).

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Waste Management or related industries.

- Strong experience in B2B sales and business development.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with business growth experience.

- Positive understanding of contract management, pricing, labour costs and P&L.;

- Experience managing multi-site operations, teams and client accounts.

- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
