Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and corporate clients in and around Bengaluru South. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored training and placement solutions. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic partners.





The Business Development

Manager will also contribute to market research, revenue forecasting, and improvement of go-to-market strategies. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in B2C or education/edtech markets.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to communicate value propositions clearly.
- Capability in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management using CRM tools and data-driven approaches.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and academic staff.
- Prior experience in education, training, talent development, or staffing/placements is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and a focus on measurable outcomes.
