Path Mentors Educational Services is looking for motivated and energetic Business Development Intern to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to prospective students and parents, guide them on educational and career opportunities, and manage the end-to-end admission process.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads interested in educational programs.
- Counsel prospective students and guide them toward the right courses.
- Address student queries and handle follow-ups effectively.
- Maintain daily call reports and update candidate details.
- Achieve monthly targets for admissions and enrolments.
Requirements:
- Any Master's degree (M.Sc, M.A, M.Com, MBA, etc.) or Bachelor's degree (B.Sc, B.A,
B.Com, BBA, B.E/B.Tech, etc.)
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or counselling.
- Robust verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Good persuasive ability and candidate handling skills.
