Business Development Intern (Sales)

About the Role

Hae Hani is looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and exploring new business opportunities.

You will work directly with the founding team and play an active role in growing Hae Hani's sales and business network. From reaching out to potential clients to pitching our products and closing deals, this will be a hands-on role with real responsibilities and ownership.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and reach out to potential customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.
2. Connect with wedding planners, corporate gifting companies, and other businesses to explore sales opportunities.
3. Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other channels.
4. Pitch Hae Hani's products to potential clients and follow up on enquiries.
5. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
6. Research potential markets and identify new opportunities for business growth.
7. Assist with negotiations, sales proposals, and converting leads into customers.
8.



Maintain records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales.

Qualifications

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Comfortable approaching new people and initiating conversations.
3. Interest in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.
4. Confident in presenting ideas and pitching products.
5. Self-motivated, organised, and willing to take initiative.
6. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
7. Prior experience in sales or business development is an advantage, but not mandatory.
8. Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree.
