About the Role

TechIndia Software is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in international IT sales, Upwork bidding, and lead generation.

Location Preference: Only candidates currently based in Kanpur or willing to relocate to Kanpur should apply.

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads for web development, web design, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Find relevant projects on Upwork and submit customized proposals.
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Generate international leads through LinkedIn, cold emailing, and other online channels.
- Connect with potential clients in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain lead records and work toward business development targets.

Required Skills

- 1–3years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Good understanding of web development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Robust follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
