Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients, especially manufacturing companies and MSMEs.
- Explain company products and services, including ERP, MES, automation, and customized software solutions.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Prepare and share company profiles, brochures, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong business relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide solutions.
- Maintain lead records, sales reports,



and follow-up status.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client handling.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and software solutions.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates interested in IT sales and business development.
- Experience in software sales or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
