Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Icchapore, Surat, Gujarat

Role Summary The role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, understanding project requirements, and coordinating internally to convert enquiries into fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients across industrial, architectural, hospitality, commercial, and project-based segments.
- Generate leads through calls, references, networking, site visits, and market outreach.
- Understand client requirements, drawings, references, and project expectations.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and costing teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussions to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits where required.
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, project managers, businesses, and existing clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms in coordination with Management.




- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular follow-up reports.
- Coordinate smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
- Stay connected with clients during the project and support communication where required.

• Basic knowledge of fabrication, manufacturing, construction, interiors, or project-based sales preferred

Preferred Experience 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, interiors, industrial products, building materials, or project-based businesses.
