Merrilo Learning Ventures Private Limited is developing a nationwide business development network to support the expansion of Little Berries Preschool & Daycare.

Little Berries is an established early childhood education brand with over nine years of preschool operating experience, offering preschool and daycare franchise opportunities to aspiring entrepreneurs.

We are inviting applications from motivated and results-oriented professionals interested in supporting our franchise expansion within their respective cities.

Role Overview

We are looking for Business Development Executives who can independently manage franchise enquiries, communicate with prospective partners and support successful franchise registrations within an assigned city.

The role focuses on lead engagement, follow-ups, franchise presentations, relationship management and conversion support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle preschool franchise enquiries within the assigned city.
- Contact prospective franchise partners through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online meetings.
- Explain the Little Berries franchise opportunity and available business support.
- Understand each prospect's investment capacity, preferred location and readiness to establish a preschool.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain relationships with interested prospects.
- Arrange online or in-person franchise discussions and presentations.
- Coordinate with the Regional Business Development Manager and central franchise team.
- Identify potential franchise prospects through local networking and referrals.
- Maintain accurate enquiry status, follow-up records and conversion updates.
- Assist prospects through the franchise registration process and coordinate required documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills





- Experience in business development, sales, customer acquisition, lead management or relationship management.
- Experience in franchise sales, education sales, real estate or financial services is an advantage.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and an interest in business development may also apply.
- Good knowledge of the assigned city and surrounding business environment.
- Comfortable communicating with entrepreneurs, investors and business owners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel or CRM software.
- Strong follow-up discipline and a results-oriented approach.

Engagement and Compensation

- This is an independent, commission-based contractual opportunity.
- No fixed monthly salary or guaranteed monthly income.
- Commission is payable on successful franchise registrations, subject to the agreed terms and payment conditions.
- Commission rates, eligibility criteria and payment timelines will be confirmed before onboarding.
- Remote working arrangement, with occasional local meetings where required.
- Franchise product training, presentation materials and sales guidance will be provided.
