Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to find new business, win clients and build long-term relationships for our software development services and AI products. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude and the ability to drive growth through client outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect and win new clients for our software development services and AI products.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right services or solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams on project scoping, proposals, negotiations and client onboarding.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Find opportunities to grow existing accounts and open recent revenue streams.
- Schedule meetings with prospects and keep accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.

Good to Have: Experience selling IT services, software or SaaS, working with international (US) clients, and using CRM tools. Education: Any graduate. MBA or a technical degree is a plus.
