Role & responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering &
- Elicitation: Conduct workshops, user interviews, and brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and capture functional/non-functional requirements.

- Documentation &

- Specification: Translate business needs into explicit, structured documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flowcharts, and Wireframes.

- Process Mapping &

- Optimization: Map As-Is business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and design streamlined To-Be workflows to enhance productivity and standard operating procedures.

- Agile Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners to maintain, prioritize, and refine product backlogs; write detailed acceptance criteria for engineering teams.

- Stakeholder Management:



Act as the primary liaison between client/business leaders and technical teams (Software Developers, QA, UI/UX designers) to bridge communication gaps and align project expectations.

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define UAT test scenarios and test cases, coordinate testing execution with end-users, log defects, and secure formal business sign-off before solution release.

- Data &

- Business Analysis: Analyze datasets to uncover trends, operational metrics, and performance insights using Excel, SQL, or BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to support data-driven decision-making.

- Change Management &

- Training: Assist in project rollouts by delivering user manuals, change management materials, and end-user training to drive post-implementation adoption.
