Description The Business Analyst serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and business teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and driving data-informed decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key job responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking mechanisms to support decision-making
- Perform root cause analysis to address business challenges

Process Improvement
- Map end-to-end business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of recent processes

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, Stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
- Communicate project status, risks,



and dependencies to stakeholders with clarity

Basic Qualifications

- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in data analytics or automation
