? Domain: Insurance (Mandatory)

Key Skills & Expertise:

- Strong experience in Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management.
- Excellent documentation skills – BRD, FRD, SRS, Functional Specifications, User Stories & Use Cases.
- Business Process Analysis, Gap Analysis & Process Mapping.
- Strong understanding of API Testing, API Integrations and application workflows.
- Agile & Waterfall Methodologies, SDLC and Change Management.
- UAT Coordination, Requirement Traceability and Stakeholder Reviews.
- Collaboration with Development, QA and Architecture teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Robust hands-on experience in the Insurance domain .
- Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, SRS).
- Practical understanding of API testing and integrations.
