Business Analyst in Founder Office

Reports to: Founder’s Office Lead

Role purpose

Help the Founder and leadership understand business performance through accurate dashboards, financial and operational analysis, forecasts and practical recommendations.

Relevant experience

· Relevant experience in business analysis, operations analytics, financial analysis or analytical MIS reporting.

· Hands-on experience building dashboards, investigating performance gaps and reconciling data from multiple sources.

· Experience analyzing revenue, costs, margins, collections or operational productivity.

· Fleet, logistics, retail, manufacturing or multi-location business exposure is preferred.

Key responsibilities

· Build daily,



weekly and monthly dashboards with consistent KPI definitions.

· Analyse revenue, collections, overdue payments, fleet utilization, downtime, sales and costs.

· Compare actual results with targets and explain significant variances.

· Evaluate performance by hub, city, department and business vertical.

· Prepare forecasts, unit economics, business cases and scenario analyses.

· Validate source data, resolve inconsistencies and present recommendations with measurable business implications.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
